The biggest problem with people today is the lack of self-motivation to go to the gym. For some reason, out
growing your blue jeans is not enough of a “butt buster” to get up off the couch and workout. Unfortunately,
many people are forced to get into an exercise routine because the doctor just hit them with your 45, overweight,
and have high cholesterol- the three primary risk factors for heart disease. All of the sudden, they
are beating down the door of the hottest personal trainer in town screaming, “Help!”

Passion For Fitness Has Helped Change... - Nov 10, 2009
Passion For Fitness for the first time was one of the hardest things I've ever done; but it's been one of the best decisions I've made. In the 5+ months I've been working out with Joe and his team, I've lost about 50 pounds, gained a lot of muscle, and my waist has gone from a 42 to a 34.
Weight Training and Fat burning - Nov 9, 2009
Incorporating weight training into your regular exercise program
can help burn unwanted fat pounds for two reasons. One reason
is the muscle fiber and the second reason is an increase in your metabolic rate. Weight training, or as some refer to as strength training, should be performed a least 3 times per week. Althougha personal trainer can help prescribe the best program for you, as a general rule it is recommended that a minimum of one set per exercise for each major muscle group is performed. The major muscle groups are quadriceps, hamstrings, low back, upper back, abdominals, chest, biceps, triceps, shoulders and
neck. Each exercise should consist of 8-12 repetitions, done in a slow, controlled manner. The resistance should fatigue the muscle group by the end of the set.

Finally, something NEW in the weight loss industry! - Nov 2, 2009
The MetaCheck measures a person's resting metabolic rate with a simple 10 minute breath test. The technology once reserved for hospitals and universities is now available in a low cost, easy to use system! Testing metabolic rates will determine exactly how many calories a person may eat and still lose or maintain weight. No more charts, averages, or guessing. For the first time in years, there is something truly new for the thousands of people who are trying to lose weight
